Return & Refund Policy

At TamingTabu.com, the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or lost by the carrier.


No Returns or Exchanges

For sanitary and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to:

  • Adult toys

  • Personal lubricants

  • Sexual wellness accessories

  • Intimate apparel

Once an item has left our warehouse, it cannot be returned or resold, even if unopened.


Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or replacement only if:

  1. The item arrives damaged due to shipping

  2. The product is defective or non-functional upon arrival

  3. The shipment is lost in transit by the carrier


Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tamingtabu.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged or defective item and packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect item ordered by customer

  • Delayed delivery outside of our control
